How Can I order Medicine or Health Product?
The Over the Counter (OTC) medicine can be ordered online, through messaging, or at the store without the need of the prescription.
To order Prescription-only medicines, you can send us your prescription with a clear indication of your name, name of the doctor (hospital), and prescription date. You can send the prescription by email, upload online, or through the FB messenger service. Once, we receive your prescription, one of our authorized pharmacists will verify it and contact you before dispatching the medicine.
Can I order from the previous prescription or repeat order?
Yes, you can order from the previous prescription, given that the prescription is still valid, i.e., you have not consumed the recommended dosage, or it is a long-term medicine.
You can log in to our web store and view your prescription history and select the prescription to reorder. Alternatively, you can reupload or message the prescription. In, either case, one of your authorized pharmacists will verify it and contact you before dispatching the medicine.

How can I subscribe for medicine?
If you are prescribed a long-term term medicine, e.g., blood pressure, diabetes, you can create a subscription plan with us. With a subscription plan, you will never be out of medicine and never miss your daily dosage. With the subscription, we will keep track of medication record and your daily dosage and will send you new batch a week before your previous stock is over. By login to the online portal, you can also verify the number of medicine you should have consumed to date and the remaining in the stock. This will help to verify your medicine intake, and you will never miss or over-consume your dose.
It’s free to create a subscription for medicines. However, you might have to pay the delivery charge depending on the order amount (free delivery above NRS 1000).

Is the medicine genuine?
Yes, we guarantee that all our medicines and health product are genuine and has been received from the company's authorized distributor or the company itself.
What if the medicine I received are expired?
We understand the consequences of damaged and expired medicine to our consumer's health. Hence, we follow a strict quality check method, where any medicine dispensed through us are verified by the stock manager at first and then by the authorized pharmacist. If never sell the medicine with an expiry date of less than three months from the last medication date.
How confidential is your service, how will you handle my health record?
Your medical information and order history is completely confidential and only accessible by our pharmacy staff or doctors, and when dispatching your medicine, we use discreet packaging without any branding or labels. Further, under no circumstances we will allow any third party to have access to your data.

You can order Prescription Only Medicine using all the methods mentioned above except through a phone call.
What are my payment options?
For now, we only accept cash on delivery and bank transfer. Soon, we will accept payment through online payment services, credit, and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard.
How long will it take to verify the Prescription Only Medicine?
In 99% of the cases, all orders made before 03:00 PM will be verified and dispatched on the same day. All orders after 03:00 PM will be verified and dispatched on the next day.
If you need the medicine urgently, you can call us, and we will try to deliver it as soon as possible (additional postal charge may occur).
Can I cancel my order once I've paid for it?
You can cancel an order for medication up until the point your order is dispatched. This can be done by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, messaging, or using the online portal. Please note, dispatch could occur soon after an order is placed. Once your order is dispatched, you can still cancel the order but we will still charge the postage cost. The same rule applies for orders above NRS 1000 in this case the deduction will be NRS 100.
How do I know if my order has been received?
You will receive an email notification and a message regarding your order in your online dashboard and messenger (if permitted) once your order has been received.
What is your return and refund policy?
For regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returned medication once they have been dispatched from our pharmacy and partially consumed.
Damaged or faulty medication can be returned and a full refund will be given including your postage costs. Please inform us by contacting +977-01-4433452, quoting your order number.
